At NoSky, we are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes a product or service may not meet your expectations and that you may need to return or request a refund.
NoSky licenses are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if you are experiencing technical issues with your license, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase. Our customer service team will work with you to resolve any technical issues and, if necessary, issue a refund.
In the event of technical issues, you may request a refund for your NoSky license purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, please contact us at [email protected] and provide details of the technical issues you are experiencing. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the request.
If you wish to cancel your NoSky subscription, you may do so at any time. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your subscription.
